Buy attention.
Book jobs.
Paid campaigns that put you in front of people actively searching for what you do — and high-intent audiences scrolling past. Built around a cost-per-lead target, optimized weekly, reported in plain English.
Everything that makes
paid traffic profitable.
Campaign management is the easy part to sell and the hard part to do properly. Here is everything that is actually in the retainer.
Google Search & Performance Max
We bid on the searches that mean someone is ready to hire — not the vague, expensive ones that burn budget and book nothing.
Meta campaigns that fit the offer
Facebook and Instagram for the services people do not search for by name: remodels, upgrades, seasonal work, financing offers.
Landing pages built to convert
Sending paid traffic to your homepage wastes it. We build the page the ad deserves — one offer, one form, no distractions.
Tracking wired in properly
Conversion tracking, call tracking and form attribution set up from day one, so you know which campaign produced which job.
Weekly optimization
Search term cleanup, bid and budget shifts, creative rotation, negative keywords. Every week, not every quarter.
Reporting you can actually read
Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what we changed. One page, plain English, every month.
How we run it.
No mystery, no black box. Four stages, and you know the number we are chasing from day one.
Audit & target
We look at your market, your competitors’ ads and your margins, then agree a cost-per-lead target worth hitting. Everything is measured against that number.
Build
Campaigns, ad copy, creative, landing page and tracking. Built together so the promise in the ad matches the page and the form.
Launch & learn
The first few weeks buy data. We spend deliberately, cut what does not convert fast, and double down on what does.
Scale
Once cost per lead is stable and profitable, we raise budget carefully — only as fast as your team can handle the calls.
Pricing, without
the mystery.
Two numbers, kept separate and kept honest.
Paid straight to Google & Meta
On your own account, never marked up by us. Most local service businesses start between $1,500 and $3,000 per month — we will recommend a figure based on your market and average job value.
Quoted after the audit
Flat monthly fee, no percentage of spend, no long-term contract. We quote it once we have seen your market and know what the campaigns actually need — usually on the first call.

How much should I spend on ads?
For most local service businesses we start somewhere between $1,500 and $3,000 a month in ad spend — enough to gather real data without gambling. Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our management fee. We will recommend a number based on your market and your average job value on the first call.
Is the management fee separate from ad spend?
Yes. You pay Google and Meta directly for the clicks, on your own account, and you pay us to plan, build and run the campaigns. We never mark up your ad spend.
Who owns the ad account?
You do, always. Campaigns are built inside your own Google Ads and Meta Business accounts. If we ever part ways you keep the account, the history and the data.
How long until leads start coming in?
Google Search usually produces leads in the first week or two, because the intent is already there. Meta takes longer to find its audience — expect 3–4 weeks before the numbers settle. Hitting a stable, profitable cost per lead typically takes 60–90 days.
Do I need a new website first?
Not necessarily, but paid traffic is unforgiving of a slow or unconvincing site. We often build a dedicated landing page or site alongside the campaigns so the money you spend on clicks does not leak out at the last step.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contract. We do ask for a fair runway — pulling the plug at week three means paying for the learning period and none of the payoff.
Stop paying for clicks
that never call.
Send us your account and we will tell you where the money is leaking — wasted search terms, missing conversion tracking, campaigns bidding against each other. Yours to keep, whether we work together or not.
